Our ground hostesses inform and guide the visitors or patients. In addition to these missions, they often have phone answering and secretarial duties.
Some basic qualities are required: excellent presentation, sociability, calm nerves, mastering at least one foreign language and, of course, courtesy in all circumstances.
Security and Valet Parking
The clinic has a team of watchmen that monitor all the entries of the building. This team works 24/7.
The team is in permanent rotation in order to preserve the patients' intimacy. The clinic also has a "valet parking service" destined to visitors and doctors.
Maintenance — Cleaning
The maintenance service aims at ensuring and maintaining a level of cleanliness that meets the requirements of the clinic. It plays an important role in maintaining hospital hygiene and actively fighting the transmission of germs that could, otherwise, be dangerous.
Cleaning methods have changed over time to stay adapted to new technologies and new pipes of places. These specific technologies and procedures constantly evaluated and adapted to the requirements of the hospital, make the maintenance a fully-fledged job.
The maintenance service is formed by 30 men and women, 2 of which are coordinators and 2 voluntary assistants. It operates 24 hours on all the days of the week. The staff has reached a high level of performance and quality thanks to the material available to it and also thanks to the monitoring, training and promotions.
The Laundry Service
The clinic's laundry service has high standard machines. This service is open 6 days a week with a running schedule of 19 hours per day. The team is formed by 12 people including one manager. The team is trained to maintain hospital hygiene and fight against the spread of germs in the Levant Clinic.
